Why you'll use it
Turn instead of scrape
Feed the cheese, carrot or courgette through the top and turn the crank. Fingers stay well away from the blades, and the grating goes straight into your bowl.
Five drums
Wavy slicing, straight slicing, shredding, thick strips and fine strips/grinding — swap the drum for the job, from potato chips to grated nuts.
Stays put, packs away
A suction base locks the grater to the worktop while you crank. The drums keep together in their own storage box when you're done.
