Changed your mind? You have 30 days. Here's how it works.

The short version

You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. EU consumers also always have their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — our policy simply extends it.

How to return

  1. Email support@kitchennora.com with your order reference and which items you want to return.
  2. We reply with the return address and instructions within one business day.
  3. Pack the items securely — ideally in the original packaging — and ship them back.
  4. Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by you unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect — in those cases we cover everything, and usually don't ask you to send the item back at all.

Damaged or wrong items

Take a photo and email it to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice — no forms, no fuss.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the money to appear on your statement.
