What we collect and why

• Order data — name, address, email and phone number, used to deliver your order, send order updates and meet accounting obligations (legal bases: contract performance and legal obligation).
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details; we only see payment status and a reference.
• Support conversations — kept so we can help you with your order and improve our service (legal basis: legitimate interest).
• Newsletter email — only with your consent, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Cart contents — stored locally in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers.

Who we share data with

Only the partners needed to fulfil your order: our payment provider (Stripe), shipping carriers, and suppliers who dispatch products directly to you. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep data

Order data is kept as long as accounting law requires. Support conversations are kept for up to two years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to or restrict processing. Email support@kitchennora.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Sweden: IMY).
