Why you'll use it
Meat, milk, coffee, oil
A 120 mm probe reaches the centre of a roast and the bottom of a pan. The −50 to 200 °C range covers everything from frothing milk to frying oil.
Read it after you pull it out
Press HOLD and the reading stays on the display when the probe leaves the food. MAX/MIN keeps the extremes of a measurement.
Pocket-sized, with a sleeve
A protective sleeve with a pen clip covers the probe between uses, and the thermometer switches itself off to save the battery.
